Made to Order

Every KINGSHADP piece is produced when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping

United States: 3–7 business days after production. Most orders arrive within 5–12 days of purchase.

International: Available to most countries. Allow 10–20 business days after production. Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days past the estimated delivery window, contact us through the Contact page with your order number. Confirmed lost shipments are replaced at no cost or fully refunded — your choice.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped; reshipping costs apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind — please consult the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No need to ship the item back.

Final sale: Archive pieces and limited releases are final sale.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
